the family room was large and very clean, a nice bath too. i found the pool to be great for swimming and relaxing. breakfast offered simple but tasty options, which i really enjoyed.

The pool access from our room was really convenient for quick swims! The breakfast buffet offered many options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and the egg station. They changed menu items which were all delicious. I enjoyed the free transport to and from the rooms for those long days out.

I found some areas look a bit dated, and some spots could use a fresh coat of paint.

I adored the pool access from my room, it made mornings so easy. the restaurant prices were also a pleasant surprise, very reasonable for a resort. i found the gym had everything i needed for a quick workout too. Weights and machines were in good condition.

the walk to my room felt quite long, it was located far from reception. corridors are long!!!

The room was spacious and had everything i needed. It was exactly as i expected.

The kids playroom did not look like it was regularly cleaned. Mats had black marks all over and just didn't look like much care was put into it!

bathroom hairs unreliable shuttle

The cleanliness was not ideal I must say. I spotted some hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the advertised shuttle service was rather unreliable. I waited over 30 minutes one time and it never arrived, so I ended up walking. I have seen better organized hotels.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. i found the complimentary bicycles useful for exploring the area (i enjoyed this). the pool access from my room was a great feature.

the location was a bit far from other tourist attractions. there was a slight language barrier with some of the reception staff. the hotel corridors seemed very long.
